After You Log In

Everything Available in Your kinggames Account

Your kinggames account is your single access point for games, cashier, account settings, and responsible gaming tools.

Play All Game Categories

Once logged in, you have full access to slots, live casino tables, eBingo, and sports betting — PBA, NBA, boxing, football, volleyball, esports, and more — from one dashboard.

Check Your PHP Balance

Your current PHP balance and complete transaction history are visible immediately after logging in. Deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements are all logged with timestamps.

Request a Withdrawal

Once your KYC is complete, you can request a PHP withdrawal directly from your account to your local bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawal processing details are in the Withdrawal section.

Switch Between App and Browser

Your account is the same whether you log in through the mobile app or a browser. Download the kinggames app and your session, balance, and settings carry over seamlessly.

Manage Your Gaming Limits

From your account settings, you can set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cool-off periods. These responsible gaming tools are available any time from within your account.

Update Account Details

Change your password, update your contact details, complete KYC verification, and manage notification preferences — all from the account settings section after logging in.

Account Security

How kinggames Keeps Your Login Secure

Security is built into every step of the kinggames login process. Here's what's in place to protect your account and your PHP balance every time you log in.

  • SSL encryption — all data transmitted between your device and kinggames is encrypted in transit, so login credentials are never sent in plain text.
  • OTP verification — sensitive actions like login from a new device or a withdrawal request trigger a one-time PIN sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.
  • Stored password hashing — kinggames does not store your actual password. It is hashed, meaning even support staff cannot view it.
  • Login activity monitoring — unusual login attempts from unrecognised devices or locations trigger additional verification steps.
  • Session timeouts — idle sessions are automatically ended after a period of inactivity to protect your account if you step away from your device.

kinggames will never ask for your password or OTP via chat, email, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be kinggames support and asks for these details, do not share them — report it to [email protected].

Tips to Keep Your Account Safe

  • Use a unique password for kinggames — don't reuse passwords from other sites.
  • Never share your OTP with anyone, including people who claim to be kinggames staff.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Keep your registered mobile number active — it's used for OTP and account recovery.
  • Contact [email protected] immediately if you notice account activity you don't recognise.

If you've lost access to your account or your registered mobile number, contact kinggames support via email at [email protected]. The support team can guide you through the account recovery process. There is no self-service password reset link on this site — see the FAQ for more details on account recovery.

Login FAQ

If you can't remember your password, the quickest option is to log in using the OTP method — select "Send OTP to My Mobile Number" on the login page and a one-time PIN will be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. If you no longer have access to that number, contact [email protected] and the team will assist you with account recovery after verifying your identity.

OTP verification may be triggered when you log in from an unrecognised device or location, or when logging in for the first time on a new phone or browser. This is a security measure to confirm that it's really you accessing the account. If you select "Remember me" on a trusted personal device, the frequency of OTP prompts is reduced.

Your kinggames account can be accessed from a browser on your laptop and from the mobile app on your phone. Your PHP balance and game session data are synced to the same account, so whatever you do on one device is reflected on the other. For security, we recommend logging out of devices you no longer use actively.

Account locks typically occur after multiple failed login attempts, a triggered security flag, or an active self-exclusion period. In any of these cases, the correct step is to contact kinggames support at [email protected]. Include your registered email address or mobile number so the team can identify your account and advise on next steps.

Yes — your kinggames account is the same account whether you access it through the browser or the mobile app. Log in with the same credentials on either platform and your PHP balance, bet history, account settings, and responsible gaming limits are all in sync. Download the kinggames app from the Download page.

In most cases, a kinggames account remains accessible even after a long period of inactivity. Try logging in using your registered mobile number or email — if you've forgotten your password, use the OTP login option. If you encounter any issues accessing an inactive account, write to [email protected] for assistance.
